Every year I try to grow something at my house. Last year we had tomatoes, a full row of herbs, and some flowers to round things out.
We planted them in a vertical recycled pallet “garden” (not the tomatoes), and I struggled with the right amount of sunshine, water, and soil ratio.
There are resources on the internet, but I think I was in over my head with all of it.
So this year I’m focusing on just one or two small plants, I already bought a self watering basil plant in a mason jar, trendy, I know.
But I need something else…especially since Kiss FM is going to be doing some growing of their own this month, more on that later though.
So I ask you this…what is the best plant (flower, herb, whatever) that I can grow from seed in my window sill at the station here?
My window faces South for your information, and gets quite a bit of sun, but really I can move the plant wherever.
Hit me with your best tips, and thanks in advance!
And for stopping by my blog, here is a cool Japanese succulent that looks like little dolphins.
