Do you drink coffee? Neither of my brothers do, but I do. What’s your favourite kind? Or have you quit drinking coffee in favour of sleep and brain power?
Last week we found out that a new study claims that drinking too much coffee could be stunting our brain power. More than 1,000 college students took part in the study, that found that students who drank more coffee had lower GPAs than those that didn’t drink coffee at all. The theory is that drinking a lot of coffee can lead to a lack of sleep, which then affects a person’s brain power.
Research has also found that the recommended time to stop drinking coffee, before you head to bed, is 6 to 8 hours beforehand.
Then there’s always decaf! But really what’s the point?????
