Who doesn’t love Oprah? I grew up watching her show most afternoons when I got home from school, and I even decided to join weight watchers because of her. Although she is a mega star, there is something so real and down to earth about her, and the way she makes you feel. Last night was no different, if you didn’t watch the Golden Globes…here’s what you missed.
Reece Witherspoon, Oprah’s co-star in the upcoming A Wrinkle in Time, awarded her with the Cecil. B. de Mille award at the 75th annual awards show last night. Both women wore black to honour the #metoo movement, as did the rest of the crowd.
Not only did I watch the speech in awe and amazement, I had to rewind and watch it again. So if you missed it, here it is. Or if you’re like me, you can just watch it again.
