It’s March 19th, you’ve probably just settled into your post Christmas workout routine and it’s getting easier and easier to say no to temping treats, but hold up…Easter is only two weeks away, and as it is with most holidays, there are plenty of sugary sweets involved.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t indulge, go ahead and grab a handful of mini eggs! Just remember…you will have to work a little harder to work off all those cals.

15 minutes of burpees? I don’t know if I’ve ever done one minute of burpees. It does put things in perspective…but in all reality, enjoying Easter dessert with your family is probably better for your mental health than worrying about one creme egg.
