It’s time once again for the Juno Awards, tonight, this year happening in Vancouver.
Viewers can expect an eclectic lineup of stars on their way up, as well as established favourites all paying tribute to Canada’s solid music scene.
Michael Buble will be in his glory hosting the festivities at Rogers Arena, balancing his typical comments and quips between awards and various accolades.
Awards include album, group and breakthrough artist of the year and many others. As before viewers will also have their input with the Juno Fan Choice award.
Barenaked Ladies, including former band-mate Steven Page, will be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame by Rush vocalist Geddy Lee.
This will be the first time the band will perform with Page since he went solo in nearly a decade ago.
A posthumous tribute to Gord Downie will be led by Sarah Harmer and Dallas Green.
The Junos will air live on CBC-TV starting at 6 BC time and slotted to go until 10. .
