The Brit Awards were handed out in London last night. Among the highlights of the show was a tribute to George Michael.Former Wham bandmate Andrew Ridgeley paid tribute to Michael and introduced Colplay’s Chris Martin, who performed his 1986 song “A Different Corner.” Have a look:
The Chainsmokers and Coldplay debuted their new collaborative single “Something Just Like This.”
The late David Bowie picked up two of the biggest prizes of the night. Noel Gallagher of Oasis fame introduced Bowie’s son Duncan Jones, who accepted the best British album award on his father’s behalf, while Bowie’s British male award was accepted by actor Michael C. Hall, the star of the Bowie musical Lazarus.
