It was a ‘Triple Spoon’ honour for The Station BBQ at this years Chilli Cook-off. The restaurant took home Judge’s Choice Award, People’s Choice, and the Chilli Spirit Award.
There were seven participants in the 9th annual DVA event, all serving up their own unique chilli recipe. The chilli’s were judged on taste, colour, aroma, and aftertaste, among other things. And The spirit award was given to the business with the most dedication to the carnival theme and team involvement.
Half of the proceeds from the Chilli Cook-off went to The Salvation Army.
