Did you do anything really interesting for graduation the year you graduated? When I graduated the “Dry Grad” theme hadn’t taken off yet. I graduated from FHS, Fredericton High School, a school with 3, 200 students at the time. My graduating class had 777 students. I sat beside another student who I had never met nor seen at school. My mother made my violet satin dress for me and did an amazing job of it. For all those who graduated from a smaller populated high school, I salute you! All graduates you are saluted too. Way to go. You did it! To all the parents of grads, you are so amazing too!
One thing I did do the night of my graduation that really impressed me, as a 17-year-old, was getting to enjoy a lobster dinner at my parents favourite restaurant. I thought of this after seeing this story this week about the “cotton candy” lobster that’s gone viral! Have a look!
For every graduate you “Rock Lobster”!
