Police are seeking help to identify a man allegedly seen placing a phone under a woman’s skirt as he walked behind her in Kelowna.
The incident happened in the 22 hundred block of Harvey on June 16th.
“A witness observed a man walking behind her friend and he bent down and placed what appeared to be a cell phone under her friend’s skirt. The witness yelled at the unknown male and he quickly walked away,” says Cpl Tania Carroll of Kelowna RCMP.
The man is believed to be 50 to 60 years old, and about 5 feet 8 inches in height.
“Police would like to speak with this unknown man about the incident or to anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect,” says Carroll.

In other police news, a woman pushing a stroller with two kids was injured in a Kelowna hit and run incident.
The woman was hit by a car, sent airborne, and landed hard on the pavement at Gertsmer and Elwyn roads Tuesday morning.
The kids were not hurt.
A newer blue four door sedan did not stop, as police appeal for information.
