I have a pretty big sweet tooth, so much so that I’ve been known to keep an “emergency” piece of chocolate around the house. Hey, you never know when a craving will hit! But up until a few years ago I didn’t really know good chocolate from bad, a Kinder surprise was on par with Godiva.
My chocolate awakening has something to do with a trip to Europe and trying pralines in the place they were invented, but that’s a story for another time. The point is, my palate is much refined these days. So I found it pretty interesting to know that you can tell the quality of your chocolate just by listening to it…that’s right, put an ear to that candy bar and you can hear how good it is. Not really, but let this guy explain it.
Pretty neat hey? And what’s more, there is a job where you get to taste chocolate? Sign me up!
