Thank you, Scrabble. With 300 new word play options added to your dictionary, I now stand at least a sliver of a chance at winning…
The 6th edition of the game, released last month, now allows words such as ‘Ew’, ‘Zen’, ‘Yowza’ and ‘OK’. (That last one has been a long awaited addition to the Scrabble lexicon as two letter words are, like, the LIFEBLOOD of the game.
Oh, and there are now 20 words that include a ‘q’, but do not require a ‘u’. Cool!

Merriam-Webster, publisher of the official Scrabble Players Dictionary, is officially recognizing all 300 new words….so if you’re a Scrabble fan, you have some updating to do! ~ Jason
