So, do you play the “New Years Resolution game”? Most of us these days don’t. And no wonder, most New Years Resolutions fail by January 14th. So how do you make your New Years goals STICK?
Experts say keep your goals small at first and build on them. Make your goals realistic. Have a plan. Make sure you have a system of support people. And why not create celebrations when mini-goals are reached? Experts also say if you do have a set back remember that January 1st is just a day. You can reset your calendar for a fresh start.
